First and foremost, it is important to clarify that the following does not concern medical practice and is not a substitute for it. Instead, it presents a holistic and etheric perspective, offered as a point of reflection and a support to various practices in the field, even as it discusses how this approach is addressed within Planetary Recalibration.

Planetary Recalibration is a practice popular in Italy and the Czech Republic, born from the research of the F-Aurea group and founded by Manlio Di Donato and Francesco Verticchio.

    What is Illness?

Illness is not merely a physical disturbance. First and foremost, it is information; to use a modern term, we could call it a biological and psychic program. We are accustomed to thinking of illness as always and only a negative thing, but this isn’t always the case. Sometimes it can serve a different function: to somatize, to express or release an lived experience, which can be either negative or positive.

For example, a classic case is knee pain. In the absence of physical strain or pathological conditions, it can stem from a fear of “taking the next step in life.” The joints and muscles surrounding the knees are what propel us forward in life; therefore, an unconscious, involuntary contraction can generate seemingly inexplicable pain.

There is another aspect to consider when we talk about fear, which helps explain what happens inside us from a biological perspective as well (mind and body are united, they always have been): the link between the water in the body and this primary emotion. When we experience fear, even in subtle forms, the kidneys, which regulate the body’s water, act to retain it. In this way, they send a “retain water” signal to the cells and tissues.

In my opinion, this process occurs in a specific and non-random way: each organ has its own biological map that, under healthy conditions, efficiently somatizes our experiences, expressing them in the body. Thus, with less water available, the knee muscles stiffen and become tense, leading to pain.

The Unity of Mind and Matter

The main objection to the idea just proposed – that fear of the future can trigger knee pain – is that muscle stiffness derives exclusively from the concentration of certain substances in the blood and tissues, particularly a deficiency of magnesium, but also potassium, sodium, and calcium, not to mention iodine and boron, which are fundamental for the metabolism of the other mentioned trace elements.

This objection is correct, as the mechanism linking muscle stiffness to magnesium deficiency is well-known. This is why the remedy often suggested is to take a supplement. However, this does not solve the root cause; it is only a compensatory action.

Obviously, biology functions through chemical and electrical processes, so yes, a magnesium deficiency can be linked to muscle pain, and supplements can compensate for it. However, as many have experienced, if the cause lies elsewhere, taking substances temporarily rebalances the system and makes the symptom disappear, but over time it returns.

That is precisely the point: to address the primary cause, the inner lived experience that then influences biology. Only in this way can the knot be untied and the information sustaining the biological program the program that triggers pain in the face of fear and consumes magnesium and other trace elements to biologically react to what we are experiencing be replaced.

    The Recalibration Approach

In Planetary Recalibration, one learns practices to restore vital resources and holistic well-being, even in relation to an issue like an illness. There is a significant difference between generically increasing “vital force” without a specific purpose and doing so in a targeted way: for instance, to face an athletic competition or to navigate an illness.

    • In the first case, the generic one, three “building blocks” of vital force might suffice.

    • In the second case, the athletic competition, at least thirty are needed, and they must last for the entire duration of the event.

    • In the third case, illness, ten “packets” of vital force might be enough, but they will need to last much longer—days or even months.

(Note: The number of blocks is just an example — please don’t take it literally!)

To achieve this result, Recalibration begins by cleaning up: resetting the information that hinders the restoration of vital resources.

Let’s return to the case of fear linked to knee pain: in this situation, it’s useless to fill the knees with vital force because the hidden fear would devour it all. First, one must cleanse the channels through which the body and consciousness transmit the information of fear and pain.

Many fear this step because they believe it means denying the emotion that is currently expressing itself in the body. They would be absolutely right, if it weren’t for the next steps…

Cleaning is like creating a vacuum. And that vacuum then needs to be filled: but with what?

It’s as if, instead of vital force, there were twenty “building blocks” of fear in the knees. First, those blocks must be removed by deprogramming their information; then, a new information must be inserted in their place. This is the most delicate part: what information to bring?

In the initial Recalibration courses, when in doubt, one is taught to bring a multifunctional, rich etheric force capable of supporting growth and evolution in the face of an obstacle: the etherical Forces of the Solar System.

But there is also another possibility: to restore and infuse an information directly opposite to fear, such as courage, inner security, or the recognition of one’s own self-worth.

Practicing in this way offers much more stable and profound results, provided one hits the mark: resetting the information that creates the imbalance and infusing the one that generates relief and pushes the being to grow.

Only at this point is it necessary to supply the biological system with all the energy required to process the requested inner and physical changes. This energy manifests in multiple qualities: from cellular ATP stored in the mitochondria to more refined forms like the so called Bioenergy.

All these steps must then be repeated multiple times, system by system, and also within each system, across infinite levels of depth.

This approach fosters self-knowledge, as by digging deep within oneself, one’s lived experience and Soul emerge, allowing for substantial inner change.

This is why Planetary Recalibration does not replace medical or psychiatric practice. It is rather a collaborative approach that does not claim to be exclusive, but aims at well-being and the restoration of vital resources, not at the medical treatment of specific pathologies.

Some might argue that it seems like the opposite. But it is not: to re-establish and enhance vital resources, this etheric work is necessary, indeed indispensable.

Experience teaches that simply sending energy is not enough: the effect is short-lived and remains on the surface — it’s like taking high doses of substances to compensate for the imbalance. Similarly, working exclusively on the information or feelings connected to an illness is too reductive. Each of these approaches is valid, but taken individually, they are insufficient. When integrated, however, they form a solid foundation of support.
