For quite some time now, articles have been circulating online about the existence of sound frequencies capable of healing or creating miraculous effects, starting with the movement of musicians who advocate for the use of 432Hz sound, claiming it has beneficial effects on the body and mind. But is there any truth to this, or is it just a misconception?

In my opinion, there is indeed some truth to it, although not to the point of calling it miraculous. Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to conduct some experiments, both with music therapists and with other colleagues from the F-Aurea Group, aimed at analysing what gets activated in the human and environmental etheric field depending on certain sound frequencies. We also looked at what changes when, instead of using a simple frequency, an instrument tuned to that frequency is used. And then, the difference between two different instruments with the same tuning, and so on. All this, thanks to Heaven (and a certain Magister who is no longer with us), after having learned to measure, as well as perceive, what we call the human Etheric Field, and its changes, using our hands. This method, which I now refer to as manual etheric perception, was passed on to me at the time under the name of palming. To this, we add a statistical analysis of the data collected.

But, before diving further into these oddities… what does science have to say? The reason that prompted me to write this article is that I recently came across two studies (Thanks, Sebastian!) published on PUBMED (a well-known academic dissemination portal with a biotechnological focus). Well, what do you know? It seems something is moving in this field!

    The Research

The first study is very interesting. In 2018, a somewhat crude experiment conducted by a team from the University of Tehran exposed mice to a 528 Hz sound at a volume of 100Db, showing a significant increase in testosterone production, as well as a reduction in oxidative stress in brain tissues, and even a reduction in anxiety in the mice.

The second study is a bit closer to our interests. In 2022, a team of Chinese doctors explored the topic of rehabilitation from brain dysfunctions and described how the use of a 40Hz frequency, both audio and visual, proved effective. However, the researchers emphasized that the mechanisms by which this frequency provides benefits are still unknown, indicating the need for further research.

    Practical Holistic Tips

If, as complete beginners, you want to experiment with this, it’s surprisingly simple. You’ll only need two things:

    1) A Program to Create Sound Frequencies: There are plenty of apps available for smartphones, or you can use the free software Audacity for PC.

App: If you’re using an app, simply set the chosen frequency and start the sound. If you have the option to choose between different waveforms, it’s easiest to use the sine wave. You can also experiment with the square wave, which tends to stimulate grounding and the earth-related aspects of the etheric field.

Audacity: In the menu, select “Generate,” then “Tone.” Enter the frequency and the duration you want in seconds—30 seconds should be more than enough. Again, leave the waveform set to “sine.”

    2) Learning to Measure the Etheric Field: This is the second requirement, as it allows you to detect changes in the field.

With these tools, you can generate two frequencies to experiment with—one at 40Hz and another at 8Hz.

    PRACTICE

    1. Preparation is Key: A bit of preparation is just as important. Meditating (preferably mindfulness) for 15 minutes before you start helps you tune in and reduces mental interference. Otherwise, you might mistake your own thoughts (or what you had for lunch) for “perceptions.” For those who practice Planetary Recalibration, you can invoke the Source COR Energy. You might also combine simple relaxation with invoking (Centratura F-Aurea), which is the first centering, a shared informational field that is freely available, as mentioned in this article.

    2. Tune into Your Etheric Field: Get in touch with your personal etheric field (whatever you choose to call it), and start the frequency you want to experiment with. And yes, the result is an annoying buzz. Personally, I can’t imagine turning up the volume to 100 decibels like the researchers in the first article did.

    3. Observe the Changes: What changes do you notice? Specifically, are there areas of the body/organs/chakras/etc., where the “energy” increases? Are there others that accumulate dissonance (become etherically polluted)? And are there areas that seem to get polluted but, upon closer observation, appear to be releasing etheric impurities?

Note: First, observe what actually happens. Only afterward should you consider whether you like or dislike the sensations. This will make your observations more accurate.

For simplicity, I’ve provided some files generated with Audacity:

    30 seconds at 40 Hz:

Instruction: Yes, turn up the volume.

Note: This frequency is linked to Gamma brainwaves, which are associated with heightened cognitive functions and deep focus.

    30 seconds at 8 Hz:

Instruction: Yes, you won’t hear anything, but it’s still effective. Remember, sound is the vibration of atoms in the air.

Note: This low frequency is tied to relaxation, awareness and grounding.

    30 seconds at 528 Hz:

Instruction: No, don’t increase the volume!

Note: This is the testosterone frequence, as noted before.

    How Did It Go?

The 40Hz frequency is associated with Gamma Waves, an electrical frequency that the brain uses during processes of instantaneous self-observation. I’ve often noticed that during the most intense moments of a Recalibration session, not only is the Gamma Wave etheric field very active, but so is the Theta Wave field. This suggests to me that Gamma Waves could be the gateway not only to awareness but also to the etheric reprogramming of biology. Or at the very least, when spontaneously activated, they seem to be the channel through which our higher Soul Forces enter matter and bring about change.

Following the frequencies of brain waves and testing the most suitable ones, the 8Hz frequency is even more intriguing. It is associated with Alpha Waves, which are linked to rest. But it’s also very close to the famous Schumann frequency, the Earth’s resonance. In my view, 8Hz activates Delta Waves, the etheric field of the heart, listening, and reception. It seems to prepare the whole being to activate the mind-heart connection.

Doubts and Reflections: Frequencies, Musical Instruments, and Musicians…

Now, a bit of healthy doubt. Is playing a frequency with an electronic device the same as using an instrument tuned to that frequency? What changes?

For example, what happens if we compare the effects of a tubular bell at 432 Hz, a tuning fork at 432 Hz, and a 432Hz frequency generated by an app? And what changes if these instruments are played by two different people? (P.S. If you can, do the experiment and see for yourself.)

Indeed, there is a difference in all these cases, and sometimes it’s even enormous!

This is because, while it’s true that a simple frequency (whether sound or light) induces effects, it’s not necessarily true that a musical instrument reproduces these effects perfectly. On the contrary, depending on the shape and materials of the instrument, each will introduce a range of minor, “impure” frequencies that significantly alter the effects.

Another immensely important variable is the unconscious mind. Each person, depending on their cultural tradition, personal experience, and the society they grew up in, interprets different sounds in different ways.

In practice, the same sound can evoke entirely different emotions in two different people. For example, a music therapist once played me the sound of a gong—low and cavernous, yet light—telling me it was an angelic gong. But I heard very little that was angelic; I expected something higher-pitched. She explained that it was a Turkish angelic gong, because in Turkish musical tradition, that type of sound is interpreted as angelic and opens the heart and inspires people.

One final point to consider is that an artist, when playing or writing a song, leaves their personal thought-form imprinted on it—a trace of the intent behind the work. This intent can have effects that differ from those produced by the instruments and the frequency to which they are tuned.

For example, the famous song “Stairway to Heaven” by Led Zeppelin seems optimistic and moving, yet if you test its underlying intent, you’ll find that it’s full of pain—almost as if it’s trying to express deep mourning. Rather than uplifting, it drags you down. The exact opposite of how it appears on the surface. It’s no wonder that, given the difference between the song and its thought-form, numerous urban legends have sprung up around it.

    F-Aurea Sound “Healing” Frequencies?

Personally, I’ve always preferred to work with Etheric Forces, as I find therapies (or rather, wellness practices, not medical) based on sound and light to be somewhat superficial—effective, yes, but not as deep-reaching as practices based on true Etheric Forces.

Nonetheless, over the years, inspired by Francesco Verticchio’s ideas, many sound frequencies have been developed. Here are a few for you to experiment with as mentioned earlier.

5572 Hz – Frequency of the Star Acrux: Associated with the effect of centering multidimensionality. This frequency is believed to help align and balance multidimensional aspects of one’s being.

4895 Hz – Molecular Hydrogen: This frequency resonates with molecular hydrogen, which is fundamental to life. It may have effects related to cellular health and vitality.

1813 Hz – Frequency of the Planet Uranus: Known for its powerful etheric cleansing effect. This frequency is said to help clear and purify the etheric field, removing stagnant or negative energies.

256 Hz – Frequency of the Summi Dei: Stimulates the production of etheric gold in the etheric field and promotes harmony between various Etheric Forces. This frequency is associated with higher divine energies and spiritual resonance.

200 Hz – Frequency Deus Roboris Ultor: Stimulates the defensive strength of the etheric field. This frequency may enhance the protective qualities of one’s energy field, reinforcing it against negative influences.

52.0 Hz – Silver: Cleanses and enhances the communicative capacity of the nervous system. This frequency is linked to clarity in communication and nervous system function.

30.9 Hz – Gold: Acts as an amplifier of vitality and other frequencies. Gold is often associated with life force and regeneration, making this frequency a powerful enhancer.

8 Hz – Earth’s Frequency: Stimulates heart opening, grounding, and inspiration. This frequency is closely related to the Schumann Resonance, the natural frequency of the Earth, and is believed to promote connection with the Earth, emotional balance, and inspiration.

By combining these and many other frequencies within actual musical compositions, and imprinting our F-Aurea Informational Fields onto the sound frequency itself, Francesco has created true etheric-sonic instruments. Below, you’ll find an .MP3 frequency where the sound has been made subharmonic, meaning it is not audible to most people. This is because, as anyone who experimented earlier would have noticed, blasting a 528Hz frequency with a sound generator is far from pleasant. And to think that the researchers mentioned earlier used sounds at 100 decibels, which is the same volume as a rock concert.

This track contains the frequency of the metals associated with celestial bodies: Gold (Sun), Silver (Moon), Iron (Mars), Mercury (Mercury), Tin (Jupiter), Copper (Venus), Lead (Saturn), Antimony (the alchemical night between Saturday-Saturn-Lead and Sunday-Sun-Gold. This element is also associated with Pluto). In it, Francesco has created the Informational Field with the Etheric Forces corresponding to the metals. In this case, the sound simply becomes what carries the etheric information into matter, similar to how the sound is like a plate and the Informational Field is the pizza on top.

The Alchemical Week with F-Aurea Field

Yes, you won’t hear anything, but the frequency is still perceived by the unconscious and biology, as with the previous 8Hz frequency. In this case, however, we intentionally made it subharmonic, meaning intentionally inaudible, but equally effective. Otherwise, as with the 528Hz frequency, it would have been very unpleasant.

Do you notice the difference between this and the previous frequencies? This is our method. In Planetary Recalibration and in the other paths we have developed, we also work this way. Another example can be found in all the videos I’ve shared on YouTube in the Informational Fields section. In them, the Informational Field has been fixed to both sound and images.

Question: How long do the effects last?
Answer: If you only use sound frequencies, there are many factors that can affect their effectiveness. In my experience, half an hour of frequencies lasts about three hours.

    Question: So, are they effective?
Answer: It depends on what you mean by effectiveness! If, like the researchers in the first article, you want to use 528Hz to increase testosterone, it will probably work (science says so!). However, in my opinion, rather than just stimulating it, it tends to balance it. But if there’s some underlying reason why the body isn’t producing enough testosterone or is producing too much, this might only have superficial effects, and once they wear off, things could return to how they were before. The underlying causes need to be understood and addressed, and in that sense, the solution must be sought within, not outside of ourselves. Of course, getting some help from frequencies in the meantime is welcome. But these are other considerations.

In any case, as usual, what is indicated here does not constitute medical or therapeutic advice.
