The nervous system is the electrical system of the house. Feelings and emotions are the power outlets.<\/p>\n<p>Some outlets work perfectly and you can plug appliances into them. Other outlets are blown, burned, or even completely missing.<\/p>\n<p>If a room has no outlet, you cannot plug in a refrigerator, nor an air conditioner or an electric heater.<\/p>\n<p>Learning and cleaning the doors of feelings within us is therefore a bit like renovating (recalibrating) the house in which we have CHOSEN to live.<\/p>\n<p>And the one who lives in the house, by free choice, is the Soul.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"--fontSize: 60; line-height: 1.5;\"><span style=\"color: #cda434;\"><b>Practice Insight 1. A Feeling is also an Etheric Field.<\/b><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>A feeling, such as love or strength or determination, is also an Etheric Field; therefore we can test the state of the field of that feeling within us, for example with the Manual Etheric Perception that we teach in Planetary Recalibration\u00ae or with other methods.<\/p>\n<p>We can then use the means at our disposal to clean and bring that feeling back to life.<\/p>\n<p>We can also develop that feeling by acting on its etheric field, since in the field we see reflected everything that concerns that feeling within us.<\/p>\n<p>For example, if the field of love is all celestial and little telluric, we tend to idealize and not concretize much. If it is a very small field, we will probably need to make it bloom and nourish it. If we find scars in it, they are the mark left by lived experience, which however can be dissolved.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"--fontSize: 60; line-height: 1.5;\"><span style=\"color: #cda434;\"><b>Practice Insight 2. Growing your effectiveness.<\/b><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Practice makes you better, they used to say\u2026 here I propose a simple experiment that will develop your intuitive and perceptive abilities.<\/p>\n<p>A feeling is also energy, it is also an etheric field, it is also an electrical impulse, it is also neurotransmitters and hormones, it is also lived experience, it is also memory, it is also genetic inheritance, it is also soul inheritance\u2026 and much more.<\/p>\n<p>When you Recalibrate a feeling, the measure of depth and effectiveness also depends on you, in addition to the most \u201cupdated\u201d version of the F-Aurea Informational Field you use.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Start like this: first choose a feeling you want to work on, such as peace, love, determination, anger, etc. Then take in your hands and observe the Energy of that feeling. What quality does it have? For example, is it slow or fast? Is it still or does it move? Where is it located in the body?<\/li>\n<li>Now take in your hands the Etheric Field of that same feeling and observe it. An Etheric Field, unlike simple energy, is more structured; it has a Celestial and a Telluric, and it exchanges ether with the external environment. Is that Etheric Field dissonant (polluted)? How is the Celestial and how is the Telluric? Are they clear or heavy?<\/li>\n<li>Now imagine, even without knowing anything about anatomy, taking in your hands also the Etheric Field of the electricity in the body connected to that feeling, and also the hormones and neurotransmitters linked to it.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>You will notice how at each step what you hold in your hands increases in depth and completeness.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #cda434;\"><strong>The more you know and the more you bring knowledge into practice, the more powerful and capable of deep etheric works you become.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Now you can complete the experience using the techniques you know, for example by Recalibrating first the energy of that feeling; then its etheric field; then also the chemistry and biological electricity linked to that feeling.<\/p>\n<p>By repeating these steps you concretely obtain the understanding of how a feeling works, what it creates in the body and how biology responds.
