Packages are shipped from a warehouse located in Italy, Europe. We can ship to Europe, and also in the world, but we usually need some extra time to ship outside Europe. Plus it is possibile that we cannot ship to some country.

Returns Policy

As otherwise stated in our Terms and Conditions page, in the event you are not fully satisfied, you can full a compliant whitin 14 days of receiving the purchased item. Then you can ask for a refund or exchange the item with another one.

Take note returns will be accepted within 14 days from the time of delivery.

To be elegible for returns items must be in the same condition when you have received them. Herbal supplement, cosmetics, and massage oils, will not be accepted for return, in accordance with applicable legal provisions.
