The Three Centerings are a set of three sound frequencies, specifically designed to enhance and empower practitioners of spiritual healing arts and practices, such as meditation, yoga, qigong, reiki, channeling, and more.

Each audio file carries with it, beneath the audible sound, a harmonic blend of special sound frequencies, studied for their beneficial effects. This is further enriched by a true F-Aurea Informational Field, which enhances, refines, and guides the effects of the sound frequencies. In this way, the F-Aurea Divine Healing Frequencies operate on multiple levels.

The first centring, Centratura F-Aurea, is a Divine Healing Frequency that helps to stimulate the meditative state, cleanse the mind’s filters from chaos that may distract you from inner listening, and open the heart and expand the mind. This Divine Healing Frequency includes the cleansing and empowerment of the Etheric Fields associated with Brain Waves: Gamma, Beta, Alpha, Theta, and Delta. The informational field then proceeds to work on the nervous system, specifically: the Corpus Callosum, Cerebral Hemispheres, Sympathetic, Parasympathetic, Vegetative Nervous System, and the Vagus Nerve. It works to dissolve various forms of etheric dissonances, i.e., forms of polluted or distorted ether. These dissonances particularly arise when we observe ourselves emotionally, leading to a separation between mind, heart, and body. The First Centring assists the practitioner in re-establishing inner contact with the divine and nurturing it within themselves. However, it must be understood that the field works honestly on what is divine for the user and with what their heart and soul resonate.

The second centring, Centratura Difensiva F-Aurea, activates your natural etheric defences and will help to deeply and powerfully cleanse your etheric field from countless forms of distorted ether. This can include various forms of wandering spirits, etheric larvae and parasites, psychic hooks, and more.

The third centring, Centratura Vitale F-Aurea, stimulates the recovery of vital resources, the activation of etheric processes for the release of etheric toxins, and the recovery of vitality. It initiates numerous processes of purification and restoration of vital force. It includes a profound process of purification and enhancement of the Etheric Fields associated with the blood, lymphatic system, immune system, gastrointestinal system, and especially the DNA. It helps to transform and expel ether that may be irritated due to excessive exposure to electrosmog.

The Three Centerings were developed during the period known in the classical world as Saturnalia, which corresponds to the week before Christmas. Saturnalia was a festival of abundance dedicated to the god Saturn, celebrated by exchanging gifts with friends and family. Later, however, we realised that it was necessary to explain the basics and practice in more depth and detail, as only those with prior knowledge of meditation and etheric practice understood immediately how to use them. Therefore, we created a comprehensive programme consisting of numerous videos, guides, and guided meditations. The course includes these three sound frequencies, which we have also made available separately for purchase, as they require no special preparation for use.

HOW TO USE

It is recommended to listen to the sound frequencies through headphones for the best experience. You may also, in compliance with copyright and user license agreements, and under your sole and full responsibility, use them during practice sessions you might conduct as an operator for the benefit of others, as well as during in-person classes of meditation, yoga, etc., that you lead. In any case, online distribution or streaming is not permitted.

They can be used as aid and support to various “spiritual healing” arts, techniques, wellness and massages practices you have alredy learned, to empower them.
